Wilmington-owned Central Law Training (CLT) has launched a 45-minute online course to help lawyers understand what constitutes sexual harassment and reflect on their own behaviour in the workplace. The £80 course also deals with what witnesses of sexual harassment should do. Chairman of Wilmington Legal Mark Solon said: 'Law firms have been caught up in the #metoo movement, with sexual harassment allegations against high-profile partners hitting the mainstream press. Claims have generated large financial pay-outs. Reputations and careers have been destroyed.' 13 February
