SDT hearing for ex-Fieldfisher partner

It is alleged the former partner falsified documents

Former Fieldfisher property finance partner Stephen Evans-Jones will face the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal over allegations he falsified documents. He allegly created backdated letters to make it appear they had already been sent; allowed them to be attached to particulars of claim as true copies of documents created on the dates they were purported to be created; and that he signed an inaccurate and misleading witness statement supported by a statement of truth, which was filed in proceedings.
