REALITY CHECK

By

The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) has published a booklet to put injury claims in perspective. In his introduction, APIL president Gordon Dalyell said: 'Behind the hyperbole the fact remains that people claiming damages should not have been injured in the first place and must be able to put their lives back on track.' The booklet gives information for clients and ammunition to solicitors facing adverse comment for bringing injury claims.
