More than 10,000 consent applications for financial remedy had been processed digitally on MyHMCTS since its launch in 2018, according to HM Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS). It said most online applications submitted by legal professionals are processed and returned to applicants within a week. HMCTS was expecting, early in the new year, to digitise the paper application at the point of receipt and use the same digital service to ensure they are dealt with quickly and in line with those submitted online. 10 December 2020
