Nuvo expands with AG Corporate Law acquisition

In a significant move to bolster its Vision 2030 strategy, Nuvo Group has acquired AG Corporate Law and unveiled its new legal service line, Nuvo Legal. This expansion reflects Nuvo's commitment to providing integrated professional services, combining legal advice with its existing offerings in accountancy, audit, tax, payroll, HR, and hiring. The new legal division will maintain its operations at Ransom Wood Business Park in Mansfield under the leadership of founder Adam Gilbert, whose existing team will continue delivering expert advice on corporate, commercial, and employment law.

Founded in 2023, AG Corporate Law quickly gained a reputation for its practical and commercially focused legal services, assisting businesses with various needs, including mergers, acquisitions, commercial contracts, and restructures. The relationship between the two firms has been collaborative for several years, paving the way for this acquisition.
