Norton Rose Fulbright is advising Barclays as financial adviser for Apollo’s £5.7 billion offer for easyJet
Law firm Norton Rose Fulbright is advising Barclays Bank plc as a financial adviser to Eagle Bidco Ltd, a company indirectly owned by funds managed by Apollo Capital Management, L.P. on its recommended cash offer for easyJet plc worth £5.7 billion. Apollo, known for its robust growth, is a global alternative asset manager with approximately US$1.05 trillion in assets under management as of June 30, 2026. The firm has invested in Europe for over 20 years, boasting around US$235 billion in the region as of March 31, 2026.
