NEW PTPH FORM IN CRIMINAL CASES

A new Plea and Trial Preparatory Hearing form within the Digital Case System (DCS) has been authorised by the Lord Chief Justice and came into use on 22 July. The Guide to Practitioners issued by the Senior Presiding Judge says it is a tool to assist in the active management of cases with the assistance of the parties. Practitioners are invited to try out the new form on the DCS training site before it is used in a real case. 22 July 2019 ATE
