More than 100,000 online civil money claims were issued in the 18-month period since the launch of the digital service in March 2018, the Ministry of Justice said '“ with an 88 per cent user satisfaction rate. The online service allows digital claims worth up to £10,000 to be made within minutes without legal advice being taken. The service forms part of the courts reform programme which has been criticised for its delays and the implications for access to justice and the courts system. 5 November
