Mishcon de Reya set for IPO
An IPO would make Mishcon the most valuable listed law firm in the UK
Mishcon de Reya appears poised to go public after reports at least three quarters of its partnership approved proposals to list on the London Stock Exchange. In April, the firm mandated J.P. Morgan Cazenove to advise on a possible IPO, which it said “might take place as early as the fourth quarter of 2021”. Every member of staff would benefit as a shareholder in the listed business. The Financial Times reported the listing would be worth £750m, which would make Mishcon the most valuable listed UK law firm.
