The Employment Lawyers Association has elected Kemp Little partner as chair

Kemp Little employment partner Marian Bloodworth has been elected as chair of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA), as of 9 September 2020. 

Bloodworth has been deputy chair of the ELA for two years, following four years as chair of training. She takes over the reins from Juliet Carp, consultant Solicitor at Keystone Law, who served as ELA’s chair from 2018-20. 

Bloodworth has expertise in helping clients in the financial and professional services sector manage their legal risk and is experienced in managing complex and high value litigation, having conducted many multi-strand claims for discrimination and whistleblowing.
