Mary Rouse is a renowned property lawyer

Property dispute resolution specialist Mary Rouse has joined law firm Lodders’ property dispute resolution team as the firm’s first legal director. Rouse was the former head of property litigation at Wright Hassall where she worked for over 30 years and was a partner for five years. Rouse is known for her work in boundary and right of way disputes, residential tenant matters, housing and asset management for portfolio landlords and registered providers, lender litigation, and Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act (TOLATA) claims.
