Leigh Day establishes new Executive Board

Leigh Day has introduced a new Executive Board to shape the law firm’s future and enhance its national profile as the leadership undergoes a significant transition
Leigh Day is cementing its future with the formation of a new Executive Board aimed at reflecting the firm's growing national profile. After recent internal elections, this five-member team will lead the way as Senior Partner Martyn Day prepares to scale back his daily involvement.
Martyn, who co-founded Leigh Day in 1987, is working alongside the next generation of lawyers to ensure his “David and Goliath” approach to justice continues. The newly appointed Executive Board includes Senior Partner Elect Nigel Mackay, Managing Partner Jamie Beagent, and Deputy Managing Partner Clare Campbell, supported by Equity Partners Andrew Bradley and Elizabeth George.
The transition follows Martyn's nearly 40-year tenure, during which he has built a legacy of advocating for justice, as he states, “I will be standing down with a happy heart - knowing that the firm is going to be in very good hands for the years ahead.” The board members are committed to developing Leigh Day and fostering its core values, ensuring that the firm remains a leader in providing legal services across its multiple UK offices.
