Harrison Drury has launched a new academy with a dedicated curriculum for new solicitors with up to five years’ PQE, enabling them to focus on career development and building essential business skills. The firm is also investing £90,000 in leadership and management training for 19 employees. Head of professional development, Amanda Webster, will head HD academy. She said the leadership team recognised that “the firm’s success is built on the brilliance of our people”. The firm said people development is at the heart of its new five-year strategy.
