Kennedys launched a second Ideas Lab through which it will ask firm members how the firm could adapt its existing tech products to guide clients through legal, regulatory or insurance processes, including in different jurisdictions and languages. The Ideas Lab is a platform where any staff member can forward ideas on how to create future products and deliver modern legal services. Kennedy's first Ideas Lab attracted a firmwide engagement rate of nearly 50 per cent with more than 100 ideas submitted. 30 January
