INNOVATIVE PROVIDERS

The Legal Services Board has revealed that innovation levels have 'stagnated and fallen in some areas' since 2015. Its latest Technology and Innovation in Legal Services report, published in November, reported a 'mixed picture', saying that leadership and management challenges persisted in some firms. However, it said the approach of regulators was promising, arguing that the introduction of more competition and greater transparency made it easier for innovative providers to bring their services to market.
