IBM's makes a EUR 2.13 billion cash purchase from Software AG

In a significant business move, Noerr, led by Julian Lemor and Florian Sippel, has played a pivotal role in advising IBM on the acquisition of Software AG's StreamSets and webMethods businesses. This transaction, valued at EUR 2.13 billion in cash, marks a strategic investment by IBM.
