Hannah has a broad range of experience accumulated through various roles in private practice and in-house including at a private bank, an institutional lender, and an alternative lender. Four and a half of her twelve years in private practice were spent at Howard Kennedy.

Her return is testament to the unique culture and the enduring appeal of the firm. Hannah's wide-ranging expertise will help us deepen our existing real estate finance capabilities, supporting and enhancing our offering," said Craig Emden, Managing Partner at Howard Kennedy.

Patrick Keown, Partner and Head of Banking and Real Estate Finance, comments on the appointment: "We are excited Hannah is re-joining the firm as a Partner. She is an outstanding solicitor who complements the skills of our team. Hannah gives us greater strength in depth and bolsters our ability to advise clients in a wide range of transactions. Her arrival is in line with the expansion of our banking capability which continues to go from strength to strength."

Vernon Dennis, Partner and Head of Restructuring and Insolvency, adds: "Given the challenging economic environment, Hannah's complimentary experience on restructuring and insolvency will be instrumental for the continued growth of our capabilities in this area. Her practice has strong synergies with the firm's wider offering, and it is exciting to see Hannah return to Howard Kennedy at such pivotal time in the firm's expansion."

Hannah's hire is part of the continued execution of Howard Kennedy's growth strategy with the addition of 22 lateral partners since May 2021.
