HMCTS WEBCHAT

A webchat service has been launched by HM Courts & Tribunals Service to provide guidance for people using its probate and social security and child support services. The pop-up window, which connects users to a HMCTS service centre, enables both parties to message each other in real time, allowing them to ask questions and get a response while they are using online probate or social service and child support (SSCS) services. The service can be accessed from the 'contact us' section of the probate and SSCS service pages on gov.uk. 9 September 2019
