Hill Dickinson expands London real estate team

Leading commercial law firm Hill Dickinson has made significant strides in its national real estate practice with the recent appointment of Ayesha Hasan as partner in its London office located at Broadgate Tower. With nearly 25 years of experience, Ayesha joins Hill Dickinson from Irwin Mitchell, where she led the firm's London Real Estate Transactions team. A seasoned specialist in real estate and real estate finance, she offers valuable expertise in acquisitions, disposals, investment and financing transactions, portfolio management, landlord and tenant matters, as well as restructurings and distressed situations.

Before her tenure at Irwin Mitchell, Ayesha built her career at several renowned firms including Locke Lord, Berwin Leighton Paisner, Eversheds, and Addleshaw Goddard. Her joining comes at a time when Hill Dickinson is actively investing in its real estate capabilities, which have expanded considerably in recent years. Following the recruitment of experienced professionals Keith Barnett and Hanna Ross last year, the firm is keen to scale its presence in London, one of its key strategic growth markets.

Ayesha’s appointment marks a significant milestone for Hill Dickinson, being the firm's 20th senior lateral hire this year and reflecting the firm’s sustained growth.
