HCR Law has been appointed as a supplier for the Government Commercial Agency's new Legal Services Framework, supporting public sector legal needs with an expanded range of services
HCR Law has been named a supplier on Government Commercial Agency’s new Legal Services Framework RM6374 – Legal Panel for Public Sector. The Government Commercial Agency (GCA) serves as the UK’s central commercial and procurement organisation, effectively connecting the public and private sectors to secure the best outcomes for citizens. By leveraging its commercial expertise, GCA aims to simplify the procurement process, thereby redirecting vital resources into essential public services, ultimately creating value for the nation.
The recent appointment of HCR Law encompasses Lots 1a and 1b – Full Legal Service Provision, along with Lot 2 – Focused Legal Support and Lot 3 – Litigation and Disputes. Through Lots 1a and 1b, public sector organisations, local governments, and communities will have access to HCR Law’s extensive full legal services provision, which covers a diverse array of legal specialisms.
For those who do not require a full legal service, Lot 2 allows clients to resort to HCR Law for help in specific specialist areas. Meanwhile, Lot 3 provides crucial legal support in matters concerning litigation and dispute resolution. Mark Carter, an HCR Law Partner, expressed his enthusiasm about the new appointment by stating “We are delighted to have been reappointed to the Legal Panel for Local Government with an expanded remit reflecting our full legal services offering. This appointment is a clear testament to the specialist legal advice we are delivering to our clients across each of our 13 offices and the calibre of our growing public sector offering.”
