The firm has appointed a new corporate partner

Glaisyers ETL has appointed Daniel Varney as a corporate partner. Varney joins from Clyde & Co, following its recent merger with BLM. He led BLM’s corporate and commercial department and has previously been partner at Clyde & Co, Clarke Wilmott and Pannone. Partner and corporate head, William Pinnock, said: “Daniel is one of the most highly respected corporate lawyers in the North West. He has built a great reputation, and client base, among independently owned businesses and their shareholders – exactly the market on which we focus at Glaisyers ETL”.
