Furley Page boosts Real Estate team

Furley Page welcomes rugby player Tyler Greenland to its Real Estate team to enhance capability and services
Kent law firm Furley Page has elevated its Real Estate team with the addition of local rugby star Tyler Greenland from Canterbury Rugby Club. Joining the Commercial Property division, Tyler will contribute his legal expertise across various domains, including acquisitions, disposals, leasehold agreements, conditional contracts and option agreements, as well as property finance arrangements.
Jeremy Licence, Managing Partner and Head of Real Estate at Furley Page, expressed his confidence in Tyler's abilities, stating, “Our thirteen-person strong Real Estate team is widely regarded as a heavyweight in the sector, and we are always seeking to nurture new talent and maximise our offer to clients. Tyler has demonstrated great competence in commercial property law, and I am sure he will be a valuable addition to the team. Our partners, staff and guests have enjoyed many matches at Canterbury Rugby Club over the years, and we are very much looking forward to seeing one of our own performing on the pitch.”
Tyler, who qualified as a solicitor in 2025 after studying law at Swansea University and completing his Legal Practice Certificate and Master’s degree at the University of Law in London, has a strong connection with the club. Furley Page has been a longstanding sponsor of Canterbury Rugby Club, where Tyler plays as a number eight, with the club contributing to his legal training.
Tyler shared his enthusiasm for the role, saying, “It’s great to join a firm that has such a strong reputation in commercial property, especially one that is a supporter of the rugby club I play for. Rugby and the law are both important parts of my life, so the synergy between Furley Page and Canterbury RFC is an ideal situation for me and I cannot wait to get stuck in.”
