FJG lawyers gain recognition in Chambers

Fisher Jones Greenwood celebrates impressive advancements in the latest Chambers UK Guide rankings for its lawyers
Fisher Jones Greenwood (FJG) is marking a significant milestone with the recognition of five of its lawyers in the latest Chambers UK Guide, highlighting a period of growth and accomplishment for the firm. Among those recognised, Mario Mastantuono has ascended to the 'Associates to Watch' category, while Rhian Lowe now holds a place in Band 2 for 2027. Ties Bouwmeester has also made his debut in the rankings, earning accolades for his Family/Matrimonial work in East Anglia.
Ashton Carter continues to shine, maintaining his Band 1 ranking for a third consecutive year after initially being heralded as Up and Coming in 2024. Meanwhile, Charlotte Knappett remains in Band 4, reflecting consistent strength in her practice area. Notably, FJG’s Corporate & Commercial team has preserved its Band 1 ranking, showcasing a commitment to expertise across the business lifecycle, from supporting start-ups to navigating intricate transactions. The firm also celebrates its Family/Matrimonial practice's ranking in Band 3 and recognition for its Litigation practice in the guide.
The Chambers UK Guide is renowned for its independent research, ranking law firms and lawyers in the UK based on their legal ability, client service, and commercial awareness, amongst other factors. This latest recognition follows FJG's recent accolades in the Legal 500, where the firm excelled across seven practice areas and individual contributions from various lawyers were acknowledged.
Doug Field OBE, Managing Partner at Fisher Jones Greenwood, commented on these achievements by saying “These results tell an important story about our people: talented lawyers progressing, established leaders sustaining very high standards and teams earning recognition together. We want FJG to be a place where ambitious people can build fulfilling careers, do work of recognised quality and help shape our future. These rankings are independent evidence of that. They are also the result of the clients who trust us and the many colleagues across FJG who support outstanding work. Following the acquisition of Giles Wilson, we have serious ambitions for what FJG can become. Growth matters because it allows us to create stronger teams, opportunities for our people and provide even better support for our clients.”
As FJG continues to develop its teams and consolidate its position in the legal market, this recognition bolsters its reputation and lays the groundwork for future expansion.
