Fieldfisher Italy appoints new deputy partner

Fieldfisher Italy has announced the appointment of Fabio Giuffrè as Deputy Managing Partner. In his new role, Giuffrè will work alongside Country Managing Partner Alessandro Mulinacci in managing the firm and shaping growth strategies. Among the key priorities of his role are strengthening collaboration across departments and increasing integration with other European offices of Fieldfisher to provide clients with even more coordinated and responsive legal and tax advice. The goal is to enhance the firm’s specialist competencies and promote multidisciplinary assistance in matters involving multiple areas of law and different jurisdictions.

Giuffrè’s appointment continues Fieldfisher Italy's trajectory over the past two years and consolidates its organisational structure in anticipation of the next phase of development. Strengthening governance aims to make activity coordination more effective and support growth while maintaining a constant focus on service quality, the people involved, and the evolving demand for legal advice. Born in 1981, Giuffrè is an equity partner at Fieldfisher and will retain his position as Head of Energy, Real Estate & Public Law, balancing new managerial responsibilities with his professional duties and leadership of the department.
