This elevation marks the firm's strongest performance and its highest ranking to date, solidifying Express Solicitors' reputation as one of the leading claimant law firms in the UK. Alongside this achievement, the clinical negligence department maintained its position while its head of department received individual recognition for the first time.
The personal injury team was particularly praised by clients and professional referees, who provided positive feedback reflecting the firm’s dedication to handling complex cases effectively. Comments included: "Express Solicitors take on complex liability cases and aren't afraid of difficult cases." Another referee noted, "They're proactive and resilient in their case strategy, which inspires confidence," further demonstrating the firm's commitment to addressing client issues. The clinical negligence team also received commendations, with Chambers highlighting their practical approach and strong results in managing high-value claims, stating: "They know how to run the cases well, are commercially minded and get good results for clients."
Individual accolades within the firm also underscored the talent at Express Solicitors. CEO James Maxey remarked on the significance of this milestone, stating: "This year's Chambers rankings represent a significant milestone for Express Solicitors. Our promotion to Band 2 for personal injury is our highest ranking to date and reflects the quality of work being delivered across the business every day." He expressed pride in Tanzeela's individual recognition and reaffirmed the importance of client feedback in achieving this accolade, highlighting that these rankings stem from independent research and direct client experiences.
