This role involves drafting leases, reviewing titles, and collaborating with both internal teams and external solicitors while working closely with clients to drive positive environmental change. Candidates currently employed in-house or in private practice, who thrive in a team-oriented environment, are encouraged to apply as the position offers an opportunity to build strong working relationships during the probationary period by working in the office. Responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating leases, carrying out title reviews, and supporting the development of legal documents. Ideal applicants will also engage in issuing Exclusivity Agreements, conducting searches, and making HMLR applications.
