Emma Myers appointed head of private client

Moore Kingston Smith has appointed Emma Myers as Partner and Head of Private Client at Moore SGD Law, enhancing its legal services for high net worth individuals and family businesses
Emma brings over two decades of experience, offering expertise in wills, trusts, and estate planning while focusing on the integration of legal advice with financial planning. "What drew me to Moore SGD Law was the way the firm brings legal advice and expertise in areas such as financial planning and private client tax together under one roof," Emma Myers stated. "That puts us in a strong position to help clients with decisions that span their family, business and personal finances."
With a focus on succession planning for family businesses, Emma's responsibilities also include advising trustees on their obligations. Matt Meadows, Managing Partner at Moore Kingston Smith, commented, “Emma brings extensive private client experience and a personable, practical approach. Her work with individuals, families, businesses and trustees complements the support we provide across the firm, helping clients address their immediate needs while planning for the longer term.” Emma’s appointment coincides with the firm's upcoming rebranding to Auren in March 2027, as it aims to establish a robust pan-European professional services network that leverages local expertise for cross-border client support.
