Duncan joins Hannaford Turner LLP from Ince & Co. where Duncan led the firm’s yachting practice. Having spent more than 30 years practising as a marine solicitor, Duncan is widely acknowledged to be an expert in the field of superyacht related legal matters with significant experience acting for ultra-high net worth individuals, banks and other superyacht industry participants on the financing, sale and purchase, charter and construction of superyachts. Duncan is ranked as a leading lawyer in the field of Yachts & Superyachts in the Chambers and Partners High Net Worth Guide 2023.
