Solicitor Benson Demide was reprimanded by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) after being caught driving over the legal alcohol limit and then assaulting an emergency worker the following day. The solicitor from Bestway Solicitors in South London, was found to have 66 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath while driving on 8 December 2018. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Having been convicted of drink driving and assault at Camberwell Green Magistrates Court on 19 March 2019, Demide received a written rebuke from the SRA and was ordered to pay £300 in costs. 29 January
