DIVERSITY MENTORING

The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) is offering 12 months' free equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) mentoring to small and mid-sized firms. Under the scheme, firms will have one-to-one monthly mentoring sessions with a firm leader in EDI and access to advice, support materials and networking opportunities. Mentor firms include Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, Hogan Lovells and Thrive Law. Mentoring and support can be tailored to reflect a firm's area of focus, such as working environment and recruitment. Firms have until 12 August to apply. 16 July 2020
