DISABLED LAWYERS

By

A Law Society survey of disabled lawyers has been launched to determine how the pandemic has affected their working practices. An online questionnaire will be sent to nearly 1,000 members of the Lawyers with Disabilities Division covering, for example, changes to working arrangements since lockdown; furlough selection practices; and the effects of home working on respondents' mental and physical health. Law Society president Simon Davis said this 'will help us find out more about challenges in work faced by this important group'¦ and how to sort them out'. 27 July 2020
