DIGITAL KITEMARK

The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) has launched a digital badge for regulated firms to display on their websites as a kitemark for consumers. The badge can only be displayed via software provided by the SRA and links directly to the firm's listing on the regulator's website. Use of the badge is currently voluntary but will become a mandatory requirement for regulated firms later this year. Read more about the new SRA Standards and Regulations on pages 20, 62 and 66.
