Dentons hires Hogan Lovells’ former head of sustainability

The world’s largest law firm, Dentons, has hired Hogan Lovells’ former head of sustainability as its first global head of environmental, social and governance (ESG). Aragon St-Charles will design and implement Dentons’ firmwide ESG strategy. Global chairman Joe Andrew commented: “In Aragon, we have hired an operations leader to embed ESG into all that we do – which differentiates us from the approach of other law firms who put ESG either into their Marketing Department or their charitable and pro bono activities”.
