Davis Blank Furniss moves to Deansgate

Davis Blank Furniss has relocated its headquarters to The Apiary, reinforcing its commitment to Manchester's legal market
Manchester and Glossop law firm Davis Blank Furniss is making a significant move by relocating its head office to The Apiary on Deansgate. This transition marks a return to the city centre, where the firm had spent over fifty years, highlighting its long-standing relationship with Manchester. With the new office located in one of Manchester's stylish boutique office developments, the move underscores the firm's dedication to the city.
The firm has secured 4,000 sq ft of office space on the second floor of The Apiary. Zenith Real Estate Partners, the developers of the building, have provided a fully fitted office solution as part of the move. Following a comprehensive refurbishment, The Apiary now boasts an upgraded office environment alongside various amenities. Notably, tenants can enjoy ‘TechnoGym @ The Apiary’, a fitness and wellness studio offering free classes and gym access.
Previously based at The Deva City Office Park in Salford since 2020, this relocation returns Davis Blank Furniss to its historical roots, having once occupied 90 Deansgate from 1965 until its move to Salford. This strategic transition is part of the firm's growth plans, aiming to provide a high-quality and well-connected base that will enhance its standing in the Manchester legal market. It also coincides with a brand refresh and the launch of a new website.

The Apiary is an outstanding building that reflects the ambition of our business." He further added, "This move puts us in a strong position for the future. It reinforces our presence in the Manchester legal market, provides a fantastic working environment for our people and ensures we can continue delivering the highest levels of service to our clients. We are excited about the opportunities this next chapter will bring."
Tom Lomax, Director of Asset Management at Zenith Real Estate Partners, also commented on the relocation, stating: “We are delighted to have secured this letting to Davis Blank Furniss at The Apiary. Following its comprehensive refurbishment, this highlights our continued focus on delivering high-quality environments that blend thoughtful design with exceptional occupier experiences.”
