Corporate Partner Joins Knights in Cheltenham Amid South West Growth

KNIGHTS has added corporate expertise to its growing team in Cheltenham – as Ben Davis, Partner, joins the team in the South West.
Ben specialises in corporate transactions for owner-managed businesses and has vast experience working alongside high-profile corporate clients, including recently advising Silverwood Brands plc on its £10m acquisition of luxury beauty brand, Nailberry.

Knights Cheltenham office, which celebrates its 15th anniversary next year, has recently been refurbished with a state-of-the-art office space.
It boasts a strong commercial real estate team, dealing with landlords, tenants and leasing agreements, estate management, litigation and acquisition services for top construction firms such as Amey, ISG and Aggregate Industries.
The addition of Ben to the team forms part of plans for rapid growth across the South West, following Knights’ arrival in Bristol earlier this year and the arrival of three new Partners.
