The Communications and Digital Committee has launched a call for evidence
The House of Commons Communications and Digital Committee launched a call for evidence on the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Bill on 24 May, as part of its review on the extent to which the legislation is likely to deliver on its objectives. The bill aims to improve consumer protection, regulate digital markets effectively and strengthen competition enforcement powers. Interested stakeholders are encouraged to submit written comments to the call for evidence by 12 June 2023.
