With a wealth of experience representing clients across a wide range of property disputes, Andrew Ross's expertise spans from central London developments to country estates, covering areas such as rights of light, shooting and fishing rights, restrictive covenants, and lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. His client base includes property funds, landlords, tenants, developers, and professional sports clubs.

Andrew Ross's background as a professional historian and lecturer provides him with unique insights into property disputes involving historic evidence and rights, further enhancing his ability to navigate complex legal matters.
