Chadwick Lawrence Solicitors has secured two awards at the Yorkshire Legal Awards, highlighting its performance
Chadwick Lawrence Solicitors celebrated a triumphant evening at the 2026 Yorkshire Legal Awards, winning in both the Corporate & Commercial and Residential Property categories. This double victory reflects the firm’s exceptional performance and its unwavering commitment to providing top-tier legal advice for businesses and individuals across Yorkshire and beyond. The awards ceremony, held at the New Dock Hall in Leeds on 8 October, is a key event that brings together the legal community in the region to acknowledge its accomplishments.
The firm has recently reported record financial performance of £18 million from 2025 to 2026, a clear indicator of its growth and success. Alongside financial successes, Chadwick Lawrence has expanded its services across the North with the opening of a new office in Darlington. The investment in personnel, technology, and infrastructure has enabled the firm to maintain a high standard of client service, showcasing its commitment to excellence.
In addition to the wins, Chadwick Lawrence received nominations in multiple categories including Medium Law Firm of the Year, Managing Partner of the Year, Employment Law, and Debt Recovery. These nominations illustrate the firm's diverse capabilities as a full-service legal provider. The achievements of both the Corporate & Commercial and Real Estate teams were specifically acknowledged, highlighting their hard work over the past year.
Notably, the Corporate & Commercial team played a significant role in negotiating a landmark deal for Huddersfield Town A.F.C., securing a five-year stadium naming rights agreement, which stands as the club’s largest sponsorship deal in over a decade. Furthermore, the Real Estate team has made strides in client engagement by enhancing its bespoke client app and integrating artificial intelligence to streamline administrative tasks, leading to improved efficiency and service delivery.
Neil Wilson, managing partner at Chadwick Lawrence, expressed his pride in the firm’s achievements, saying “This year we have really taken Chadwick Lawrence to the next level, broadening our service offering outside of Yorkshire while strengthening the care we provide to our customers in the region.
