In a significant move to bolster its London operations, international law firm Brown Rudnick has appointed Paul Feldberg as a partner and Head of the U.K. White Collar Defense, Investigations, and Compliance practice. Paul Feldberg brings a wealth of experience to his new role, specializing in advising corporates on multijurisdictional compliance issues related to money laundering, sanctions, bribery, and fraud. His impressive background includes serving as a partner in the Investigations, Compliance, and Defense practice at Jenner & Block, where he also co-chaired the National Security Sanctions and Export Control group and the Bribery/FCPA group.

Feldberg's career began as a barrister, where he gained hands-on experience defending and prosecuting economic crime in court. Subsequently, he served as a prosecutor for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs Office and held a senior prosecutor position at the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) in the U.K. Feldberg has been involved in some of the most high-profile SFO cases, providing him with extensive experience as both a prosecutor and defense counsel.

Stephen Best, partner and chair of Brown Rudnick’s White Collar Defense, Investigations, and Compliance practice, expressed enthusiasm about Feldberg's addition to the team.
