Blacks Solicitors, a prominent Yorkshire law firm, is kicking off 2024 on a high note by promoting over 10% of its team. This significant move includes the elevation of 21 team members across diverse specialties, reflecting the firm's commitment to recognizing talent and fostering growth.

The promotions span various departments, encompassing Real Estate, Commercial Dispute Resolution, Residential Property, Employment, IT, Real Estate Litigation, and Private Wealth & Succession. Notably, Paul Sagar (Real Estate Litigation) and Marcus Kaye (Real Estate) have been promoted to Partners, highlighting their dedication and contributions to the firm's success.

Blacks Solicitors recently celebrated a remarkable net turnover of £17 million in 2023 and currently employs 217 team members across 21 specialisms. The promotions further solidify the firm's position as a leader in the legal landscape.

Among the promoted individuals, Anna Schiavetta (Employment), Danielle Swainston (Commercial Dispute Resolution), and Claire Cooper (Residential Property) have been elevated to Associate Solicitor. Others, including Annie Beaumont (Private Wealth & Succession), Samantha Simpson (Residential Property), Andrew Morgan (Commercial Dispute Resolution), Yat Wong (Commercial Dispute Resolution), and Ben Finley (Real Estate), have earned the title of Senior Associate Solicitor.

The non-qualified associates' ranks welcome Jack Parkinson, Will Ashton, Shamaila Mughalm, Faye Parkinson, Abbie Spence, Helen Carter, Eleanor Firth, and Gulfraz Ahmed (Residential Property), along with Andy Manns and Gavin Peer (IT).
