Birketts assists John F Hunt Power Group sale

Birketts has announced it had advised shareholders John Hall, Janet Hall, and David Hunt on the sale of John F Hunt Power Group Limited to Finning UK & Ireland, which is part of the global Caterpillar dealer Finning International. This transaction represents a significant milestone for John F Hunt Power Group, a firm known for providing temporary power solutions across various sectors in the UK. Originally founded by John Hall to support demolition and construction projects, the company has developed into a nationally recognised specialist in power generation and related services.

The acquisition not only merges two complementary businesses but also offers John F Hunt Power Group a robust platform for ongoing growth. Following the transaction, the company will maintain its identity as John F Hunt Power Group, A Finning Company.

Throughout the transaction, Birketts provided comprehensive support to the sellers, with corporate Partner Alex Forwood leading the team.
