Birketts advises YFM on TWO Services investment

UK Top 50 law firm Birketts has acted on behalf of YFM Equity Partners regarding its recent investment in T.W.O Services Holding Ltd, a specialist provider of commercial kitchen cleaning, maintenance, and equipment. Founded in 1986, T.W.O Services is headquartered in Essex and operates across the contract catering and facilities management sectors with operational centres located in London and Leeds. Employing around 100 staff, the company delivers a range of services including kitchen cleaning and hygiene, planned and emergency maintenance, as well as equipment supply and installation to commercial kitchens nationwide.

This strategic investment is aimed at fuelling the next stage of growth for TWO Services, with plans to enhance its engineering and cleaning teams, invest in advanced equipment and broaden its coverage across the UK, all while maintaining the family values and service-oriented culture built up over more than 40 years. Birketts provided comprehensive legal support for YFM throughout the investment process, managing all aspects from due diligence to the negotiation and execution of crucial legal documentation.
