Birketts advises on Level Best Solutions buyout

The transaction involves the acquisition by Level Best Solutions Holdings Ltd, a newly formed holding entity designed specifically for this buyout, thus allowing the current management team to take the reins and drive the business forward into its next development phase. The legal firm was instrumental in facilitating the process across various dimensions including corporate aspects, acquisition finance, and completion workstreams.
