Benjimin Burgher appointment of a Salaried Regional Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales)

The Lord Chancellor, The Right Honourable Alex Chalk KC MP, has appointed Benjimin Burgher to be a Salaried Regional Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales)
Benjimin Burgher will be assigned to the London East Region with effect from 1 September 2023.
Benjimin Burgher will be known as Regional Employment Judge Burgher. He was called to the Bar (Gray’s Inn) in 1995. He was appointed as a Fee-paid Employment Judge in 2005 and as a salaried Employment Judge in 2019.
