Bellevue Law appoints Shannon Moore as Senior Associate

Bellevue Law has recently appointed Shannon Moore as a Senior Associate, marking a significant boost to the firm's employment law services and its expertise in handling international disputes. Shannon possesses extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, assisting a diverse range of clients from individuals to large corporations. Her comprehensive practice covers intricate issues such as discrimination, harassment, victimisation, and whistleblowing while guiding clients through all phases of employment.

Shannon supports employers and employees through various workplace challenges, including grievances, disciplinary actions, performance management, redundancies, and representation in Employment Tribunal and High Court proceedings. Moreover, she specialises in multi-jurisdictional employment disputes, having trained at a US law firm and successfully passed the California Bar Examination. This unique background enables her to adeptly handle cases involving multiple jurisdictions. She has represented senior executives in multi-million-pound claims against global firms and has collaborated with US counsel to navigate parallel proceedings and evidence collection under the Hague Convention.
