A&O targets Silicon Valley
Eight tech partners have joined the firm from White & Case
Allen & Overy has added to its technology offering in the US with the creation of a new Silicon Valley-based team. Eight partners will join the firm from White & Case – Shamita Etienne-Cummings, Bijal Vakil, David Tennant, Noah Brumfield, Eric Lancaster, Adam Chernichaw, Daren Orzechowski, and Alex Touma. Vakil and Orzechowski will jointly head up the firm’s global technology practice. The team has technology disputes and transactions experience, as well as expertise in patent litigation, intellectual property, antitrust and tech-focused transactions, including fintech deals.
