Anthony Collins joins national framework for development projects

Leading law firm Anthony Collins has been appointed to a crucial developer-led framework supporting public sector initiatives
In a significant move for public sector development, the leading social purpose law firm, Anthony Collins, has been appointed to the Developer-Led Framework managed by Pagabo. This framework serves as a vital procurement route for local authorities, housing associations, NHS bodies, and other public sector organisations seeking to engage a development partner for regeneration and development projects. By leveraging this framework, these organisations can bypass the lengthy Procurement Act process, ultimately saving both time and resources.
Anthony Collins has secured a position in Lot 2, Development Legal Providers, among six core suppliers chosen to assist in delivering developer-led projects specifically in the Midlands and London. The estimated value of Lot 2 over the next four years is projected to exceed £47 million. As an authorised supplier, the firm will provide critical legal support in various areas, including development agreements, land assembly and acquisitions, joint ventures and special purpose vehicles (SPVs), as well as housing-led regeneration projects and planning.
Emma Lloyd, Property Team Partner at Anthony Collins, expressed enthusiasm about the appointment, stating, “Our successful appointment to the Developer-Led Framework is a fantastic achievement for the team, and further testament to the depth of our housing and local government sector knowledge and expertise.” She noted that the firm anticipates having the opportunity to advise on national developer-led schemes, contributing to the delivery of necessary social housing that benefits communities throughout the UK. Lloyd added, “We look forwards to working with Pagabo and its partners in the future.”
As Anthony Collins steps into this role, the firm reaffirms its commitment to making a positive impact on lives, communities, and society at large through enhanced access to essential housing solutions.
