Kevin McGlone (Partner): With over 35 years in the legal profession, Kevin specializes in facilitating business transactions across the UK, particularly in the hotel, hospitality, and care sectors. His extensive experience includes working with local and foreign investors and operators, as well as handling the buying and development of student accommodation sites.

  2. Janice Napier (Legal Director): A dual-qualified legal director with two decades of experience in English and Scots property law, Janice focuses on commercial property. Her expertise extends to corporate cross-border property transactions, small-scale wind projects for landowners and windfarm developers, and advising pension funds on commercial property transactions.

  3. Stephen Clark (Legal Director): Bringing over 15 years of experience in commercial and corporate law, Stephen is a notary public with a master's in information technology and telecommunications law. His broad advisory scope includes M&A, joint ventures, restructuring, commercial contracts, corporate governance, and a specialized focus on equity investments.
