AIIC Group announces leadership changes

AIIC Group has unveiled key leadership changes to enhance focus, support growth, and strengthen operations
AIIC Group, the legal group behind Taylor Rose, FDR Law, and Kingsley Wood, has announced a series of leadership changes aimed at bolstering its long-term growth strategy and operational efficiency. Effective from 1 May, the adjustments signal a more defined separation between Group-level leadership and that of Taylor Rose, reflecting the evolving nature of the Group and the advantages of having dedicated teams at each level.
Adrian Jaggard has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer of Taylor Rose to concentrate fully on his role as CEO of AIIC Group. This shift comes in response to the increasing complexity and scale of the Group's operations, which require a focused approach to leadership aligned with shared strategic priorities. In his stead, Antony Jaggard has been appointed as the new CEO of Taylor Rose. Having previously served as a Director of Consultant Services at Taylor Rose, Antony has played a pivotal role in driving the firm's strategic development and growth in the legal consultancy sector.
To further enhance the Group's capabilities, AIIC is establishing a new Group Services division that consolidates critical operational functions, including technology and infrastructure, across its subsidiaries. Annemarie Pye, who has displayed strong leadership as Chief Operating Officer of Taylor Rose, has been named CEO of AIIC Group Services, indicating the importance of cohesive operational support during this transformative period.
The organisational restructuring is crucial for advancing the ongoing IT transformation programme within the Group, designed to create a robust and scalable foundation for future growth. This will allow the operating businesses to devote greater attention to enhancing client service, employee engagement, and performance metrics.
In conjunction with these leadership changes, AIIC Group has also implemented several senior appointments and promotions. Matthew Hoe has been elevated to Group Chief Risk Officer, acknowledging his comprehensive oversight of risk management across all subsidiaries. Tony Cormano joins as Interim Group Chief Financial Officer, and Camille Bellchamber has been promoted to the statutory board at Taylor Rose, recognising her dedication and contributions to the business. Additionally, Lee Adams has stepped up to become Chief Commercial Officer with an updated role encompassing both the employed lawyers division and the consultancy service, building on his previous successes.
These announcements follow AIIC Group’s recently released FY2025 results, which revealed commendable financial achievements, with group revenue reaching £124.0 million and significant progress in its consultancy-led approach bolstered by increased investments in IT advancement. Adrian Jaggard emphasised, “As AIIC continues to grow, it is essential that we have the right leadership structures in place at both Group and operating company level. These changes, planned as part of our long-term growth strategy, provide clear accountability, allow us to fully realise the benefits of shared infrastructure and technology investment, and ensure Taylor Rose has the dedicated leadership it needs to continue its strong performance.”
