Adeptio Law Group boosts leadership team

The Adeptio Law Group has announced a significant enhancement to its senior leadership team with the appointment of Colin Jones as chief technology and innovation officer. With an impressive background spanning 26 years in senior leadership roles, Colin is set to support the group’s ongoing expansion and its ambition to establish the UK’s leading national legal services platform.

Neil Lloyd, Adeptio’s chief executive, expressed confidence in Colin’s expertise, stating that he brought high-level experience across private equity-backed firms, PLCs, and high-growth SMEs, and noted that this appointment marked a "significant step" for the group. “Colin brings a rare combination of deep sector knowledge, large scale transformation experience and a proven track record of integrating acquisitions smoothly and effectively. As Adeptio continues to grow, we need technology leadership that can match our ambition and give every firm in the group the tools, systems and confidence to thrive,” Neil added.

Colin's appointment follows a remarkable period for Adeptio, which recently included two acquisitions in 2026 and the growth of its M&A team to meet the increasing demand from high-quality regional firms.
